Booking Policy

At Style’n’Shine Grooming, all grooming services are available by appointment only.

How to Book

All appointments must be booked via WhatsApp or text message.

I am unable to take bookings over the phone, so please send me a message with:

I will reply as soon as possible with my next available appointments.

Your appointment is confirmed once we have agreed on a date and time.

Please make sure you arrive at the agreed appointment time.

Prices provided before the appointment are starting prices unless otherwise stated.

The final price may vary depending on your dog’s:

If anything different is required during the groom, I will discuss it with you where possible.

Please let me know as soon as possible if you are running late.

If you arrive significantly late, I may not have enough time to safely complete the groom and the appointment may need to be changed or rearranged.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let me know as early as possible so I can offer the space to another client.

For no-shows or appointments cancelled without notice, a fee of 50% of the booked service may be charged.

Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may require a deposit before another appointment can be booked.

I will let you know when your dog is ready or give you an approximate collection time.

As I provide a 1-to-1 grooming service, please collect your dog at the agreed time wherever possible.
